16-17 Homelessness
Rutland County Council is working in joint partnership across Rutland with the Lincolnshire Councils to combat Rough Sleeping.
Framework is a national charity and is working with Rutland and Lincolnshire to provide assistance to anyone that is found to be sleeping rough in the area.
The charity, which helps vulnerable and homeless people rebuild their lives, has decided to act after witnessing a worrying rise in the number of people sleeping rough.
People who witness somebody sleeping rough anywhere in the County of Rutland can discretely call for assistance on 0800 066 5356 24 hours a day. Rough sleepers themselves are also encouraged to call.
